We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect / Solution Lead with deep hands-on expertise in OpenText CCM, ECM and DAM platforms. The role involves leading a large-scale enterprise modernization program, including migration from on‑premise to AWS, platform upgrades, SAP-integrated document processes, and stabilization activities. You will collaborate directly with our Client’s multi-disciplinary delivery team and key client stakeholders to define architecture, drive technical decisions, and ensure seamless migration and continuity of business‑critical document services.

Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Solution Leadership

• Serve as the Technical Architect / Solution Lead for the client’s OpenText CCM, ECM and DAM ecosystem.
• Design end‑to‑end cloud architecture, migration approach, platform sizing, and cutover strategy for AWS.

Migration & Platform Ownership

• Lead the migration of OpenText platforms (CCM/ECM/DAM) from on‑prem to AWS (lift‑and‑shift and/or re‑platforming).
• Ensure stability and continuity of billing, customer communications, correspondence, and DAM services.

SAP Integration

• Own document generation, correspondence, and archiving workflows integrated with SAP IS‑U / SAP S/4HANA.
• Drive alignment across SAP functional teams, infrastructure, and integration layers.

Delivery & Governance

• Collaborate closely with SAP, AWS, infrastructure, security, and architecture governance teams.
• Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and architecture boards.
• Provide guidance and oversight to onshore/offshore teams.

Testing & Stabilization

• Support performance tuning, defect triage, user acceptance testing, and production go‑live stabilization.
