The role requires strong advisory capabilities, the ability to engage with stakeholders across the organization, and the confidence to recommend and justify technological solutions. Key Responsibilities:Lead and facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholdersIdentify, map, and manage key stakeholders across the organizationAnalyze business needs and translate them into technology architecture recommendationsProvide strategic guidance on architecture and technology decisionsAssess existing systems and propose scalable and sustainable architectural solutionsCollaborate with business, technical, and delivery teams to align technology with business goalsRequirements:Experience working as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Technology ConsultantStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsProven experience in independently conducting workshops and discovery sessionsAbility to formulate, present, and justify technological recommendationsSolid understanding of the technological complexity of insurance organizationsDomain Expertise:London Market insurance experience is essentialTechnology Environment:The client’s technology landscape includes:Microsoft / Azure ecosystemEnterprise-class insurance platforms, including:DXC OpenBox (policy administration system)Verisk Suite, particularly Verisk SQL on the claims sideExtensive custom-built solutions developed in Blazor .NETLanguage: EnglishEngagement Type: Contract / Consulting
