About the project

Your responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain manual test scenarios for ITSM processes and business workflows
• Validate functionality, integrations, and data flows within the service management platform
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring high-quality delivery across project stages
• Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and product stakeholders to refine requirements
• Contribute to process improvements and testing best practices within the ITSM domain.

Our requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in software testing, preferably within ITSM-related projects
• Solid understanding of IT Service Management processes (e.g., Incident, Change, Request Fulfillment)
• Hands-on experience with enterprise ITSM tools (OpenText SMAX highly preferred)
• Professional German proficiency (B2/C1)
• English at B2 level or higher, enabling smooth cooperation in an international environment
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
