Software Tester with German (f/m/x)

Design, execute, and maintain manual test scenarios for ITSM processes and business workflows
Validate functionality, integrations, and data flows within the service management platform
Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring high-quality delivery across project stages
Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and product stakeholders to refine requirements
Contribute to process improvements and testing best practices within the ITSM domain.

At least 4 years of experience in software testing, preferably within ITSM-related projects
Solid understanding of IT Service Management processes (e.g., Incident, Change, Request Fulfillment)
Hands-on experience with enterprise ITSM tools (OpenText SMAX highly preferred)
Professional German proficiency (B2/C1)
English at B2 level or higher, enabling smooth cooperation in an international environment
Fluent Polish required
Residing in Poland required
