About us: Open Rewards is a local commerce platform, starting with a city-wide rewards program. It gives local businesses the scale of a platform that was only possible for big chains, consumers a way to earn and redeem rewards across independent local businesses, and cities the power to boost their local commerce with a level of responsiveness and precision like never before. Within a few years of launch, we have expanded to 50+ communities across the country. We are funded by notable pre-seed and seed stage investors including the Alchemist Accelerator, Govtech Fund, and Stanford Impact Fund.

About the role: As we continue to expand the Open Rewards platform, we are seeking an exceptionally organized and technically-minded Engineering Manager to lead the deployment of our core consumer-facing application. This role is crucial for ensuring effective project execution, maintaining organizational excellence, and fostering a high-performing remote engineering team.
