Let's get in touch.What you'll be doingDesigning, building, and maintaining scalable services that support the AI lifecycleDeveloping infrastructure and APIs that integrate third-party services and grow with the businessImplementing and managing robust CI/CD pipelines to validate, deploy, and monitor a diverse range of modelsBuilding and scaling APIs and SDKs for serving AI models and systemsEnsuring low latency and high availability to meet business needsPartnering with product teams to design and deliver accessible AI solutionsBuilding frameworks to track data drift, model decay, and operational healthEstablishing the backbone for AI governance and reproducibilityVersioning data and models and managing a central feature storeTracking lineage to ensure a clear, auditable path from research to productionWhat you'll needA degree in a STEM field or equivalentA solid foundation in computer science principlesA proven track record designing and operating scalable backend systems in production environmentsProficiency in Python as your primary language, with solid command of additional programming languagesExpertise in distributed systems and modern infrastructure practices, like containerisation and orchestrationHands-on experience addressing challenges across the AI/ML lifecycle, including deployment, orchestration, and model managementNice to haveExperience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools, like Terraform or AnsibleFamiliarity with frameworks for high-performance model serving, especially for large-scale or Generative AI modelsExperience building internal platforms or developer toolsExperience integrating third-party APIs and services to build resilient, production-grade solutionsKnowledge of data and model versioning strategies and toolsSide projects or contributions to open-source projectsCompensation rangeKrakow: PLN9,500 - PLN15,700 gross monthly*Poland: PLN9,500 - PLN15,700 gross monthly*Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experienceBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
