Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
Experience building or maintaining large-scale distributed systems, with the ability to handle errors, scalability, and performance bottlenecks.
Proficiency in Go, C++, or Rust.
Knowledge of Kubernetes or containerized environments (e.g., Control Plane, API Server, or Kubelet).
Proven track record of writing clean, maintainable, and highly concurrent code.
