Software Engineer (AI / MVP / Startup)

At Red Sky, we build and validate new technology startups.Instead of spending months planning, we design, prototype, and launch products quickly, testing them with real users and market. Our MVP team works on multiple startup ideas simultaneously - from early prototypes to production-ready products.Most engineering roles focus on maintaining existing systems. You will be part of the venture-building process, not just software development.This role is about:building new products from zeroworking on multiple startup ideascollaborating directly with product builders and foundersshaping early-stage technology decisionsYour responsibilitiesYou will work with MVP team to transform startup ideas into working software. Your role is to ensure that fast prototypes evolve into stable, scalable software. We use modern AI tools to accelerate development.
