Requirements

• 10+ years of overall IT experience
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Digital Asset Management platforms
• Strong expertise in Sitecore Content Hub (DAM) and broader Sitecore DXP ecosystem
• Proven experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performance DAM architectures
• Deep understanding of metadata models, taxonomy structures, content workflows, and asset lifecycle management
• Experience integrating DAM with CMS, CRM, marketing automation tools, and third-party systems
• Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile environments and using project management tools
• Nice to have: Sitecore certification or other DAM-related certifications
• Nice to have: Experience with cloud-based DAM solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and technical design of Sitecore Content Hub solutions
• Oversee implementation, configuration, and deployment of DAM solutions
• Define and maintain DAM strategy including taxonomy, metadata governance, and lifecycle management
• Ensure seamless integrations with CMS, e-commerce, CRM, and marketing platforms
• Define and document processes for asset creation, ingestion, approval, and distribution
• Ensure the DAM platform is scalable, secure, and optimized for performance
• Collaborate with marketing, content, design, and development teams
• Provide technical guidance, training, and ongoing platform support
• Manage project timelines, resources, and delivery milestones
• Define KPIs and drive continuous improvement of the DAM platform
