2-5 years of professional experience in software development.
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and take full ownership of SRE responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address risks in complex production environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, able to clearly explain technical topics to stakeholders.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing platform requirements, working with different languages and frameworks when needed.
Focused on delivering measurable improvements in system reliability, performance, and automation.

Required Tech. stack

Strong knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python, C++, Java.
Experience working with Linux and understanding its core concepts.
Good understanding of networking fundamentals.
Experience using version control systems like Git.
Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and CI/CD tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Jenkins, or GitLab CI, especially in environments focused on automation and release management.

Design, build, test, and deploy automation tools and solutions to improve the reliability, performance, and efficiency of electronic trading systems, with a strong focus on reducing manual work.
Support the release and deployment process, helping ensure smooth and stable application rollouts.
Work closely with software developers and infrastructure teams to resolve issues, contribute to system design discussions, and support platform management and capacity planning.
Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation for automation tools and operational processes, and provide regular updates to engineering leads and trading stakeholders.
