Your responsibilities
- Monitoring and maintaining Siebel CRM environments.
- Incident analysis, diagnosing and resolving issues.
- Handling Change Management processes and supporting deployments.
- Supporting business users and project teams.
- Working with SQL, logs and monitoring tools.
- Collaboration on integrations (SOA/ESB).
- Creating operational and technical documentation.
Our requirements
- Experience with Siebel CRM (Operations/Administration/Support).
- Good SQL and database environment knowledge (Oracle preferred).
- Ability to work with logs and monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident/Problem/Change).
- Teamwork and communication skills.
Optional
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix;
- Experience with CI/CD;
- Knowledge of SOA/OSB.
