Shopper Marketing Manager

Strong cross-functional experience in area of marketing / shopper marketing/trade marketing with minimum 4-5 years of experience in similar position, Proven track record of implementing shopper activation agenda with the understanding of shopper, customers, promotion & activation principles in FMCG industry, Good understanding of retail environments and shopper behavior in FMCG industry, Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies, Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative in-store solutions, Ability to effectively develop and execute projects, ensuring key stakeholders are well informed, and outcomes are effectively evaluated, and key learnings are applied to future projects., Ability to create persuasive business recommendations and present them in simple manner to Leadership team, Experience working with marketing agencies, including digital scope., Team management experience, University degree (preferred majors: marketing, management, economics), Fluency in Business English is a key competence for this role, Good practical knowledge of MS Excel & MS Power Point
