The role covers the full project lifecycle: requirements analysis, solution design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.The main focus areas include SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including collaboration solutions, business process automation, and system integration.ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze client requirements; collaborate closely with business stakeholdersDesign solution architecture within Microsoft 365 / SharePoint OnlineDevelop and maintain SPFx solutions (web parts, extensions) and related M365 servicesConfigure and implement SharePoint Online environments and governance elementsDeliver solutions using both configuration and custom developmentAutomate business processes using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) (if applicable)Integrate systems via REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps)Ensure security, compliance, and governance best practicesPrepare technical documentation, support end users, and ensure quality delivery in an international environmentRequirementsAt least 5 years of experience as a SharePoint Developer / ConsultantHands-on experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx)Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365: administration, configuration, implementationAbility to translate business requirements into well-structured technical solutionsFluency in Polish and an advanced level of English (B2/C1)Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing collaborationAbility to work effectively in a remote, distributed teamNice to haveExperience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365Experience with system integrations (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, REST API)Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform Fundamentals, SharePoint, Microsoft 365)Familiarity with DevOps / CI-CD tools for Microsoft 365Why join us?Rite NRG is a vibrant outsourcing technology company driven by the Right People.
