About the project
Your responsibilities
- Analyzing and participating in review sessions – analyzing development needs and taking part in requirement analysis, design reviews, and SCRUM meetings
- Creating and maintaining documentation, and technical solution validation before deployment
- Developing and administering ServiceNow, including configuration, security, data management, workflow, integrations (REST/SOAP), platform upgrades, and skipped record reviews
- Developing solutions, scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, etc.), Flow/Workflow creation, portals, widgets, and dashboards with reporting capabilities
- Ensuring compliance with internal development standards and identifying automation opportunities to improve user experience
- Providing support in testing, deployment activities, and mentoring of less-experienced team members
Our requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Experience on core ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management
- Methodical and focused approach to work
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Respective ServiceNow certifications would be an asset
- Excellent command of English, enabling effective and fluent communication
- Fluent Polish required
- Residing in Poland required
