ServiceNow Consultant (ITSM/Enterprise Workflows)

Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow applications and modules.
Analyze business needs and propose effective platform-based solutions.
Participate in ServiceNow implementation, rollout, and optimization projects.
Support day‑to‑day platform operations and assist end users.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver high‑quality improvements.
Create and maintain technical and process documentation.

At least 3-4 years of hands‑on experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
ServiceNow System Administrator certification.
Experience working across multiple ServiceNow domains, such as:
ITSM, Asset Management, Service Catalog, CMDB, Request Fulfillment, or similar core areas.
Understanding integrations, databases, and web service technologies (REST, SOAP, SAML, OAuth).
Strong analytical mindset and ability to adapt to changing requirements.
Excellent communication skills in English (C1), comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders.
