ServiceNow Administrator (ITSM, Platform Administration)

You will administer and maintain ServiceNow instances, ensuring platform stability, availability, and performance.
You will configure, customize, and extend platform capabilities to support business needs.
You will handle operational support processes, diagnose issues, and resolve them within defined SLAs.
You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver meaningful platform improvements.
You will plan and execute platform upgrades and maintain version alignment across environments.
You will prepare and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and configuration standards.

You have at least 3 years of hands‑on experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
You hold the ServiceNow System Administrator certification.
You understand ITSM, CMDB, and at least two additional ServiceNow modules.
You are familiar with databases, web services, and integration standards (REST, SOAP, SSO, SAML).
You approach problems analytically and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
You communicate confidently in English (C1) and can work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
