Zakres obowiązków Customer account servicing - conduct on-site inspections of lubrication systems, equipment, and application processes. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their operational needs and challenges. Perform oil sampling, condition monitoring, and interpretation to assess lubricant performance. Provide tailored, proactive recommendations to improve lubricant application and overall system efficiency. Collaborate with the technical team to address challenges and develop bespoke solutions. Work closely with internal technical and commercial teams to ensure alignment on customer needs. Support customers during product trials and implementations to ensure optimal outcomes. To conduct site reports electronically in accordance with internal reporting practices Participate in/contribute to product training sessions as required. Build an internal and external network of colleagues/customers/industry experts to strengthen the delivery of key technical messages both locally and internationally. Ensure your workstation, the communal workspaces and facilities are always kept clean and tidy. Abide by all Health and Safety procedures and Company operating procedures in your day-to-day activities. Wymagania Proven experience in the lubricants industry or a related field service/industrial manufacturing role Strong customer-facing experience Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively Multilingual in various European languages strongly desired. Able to work as part of a team and help others work together. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers.
