Service Delivery Specialist with French

For one of our clients in the banking sector, we are looking for specialists who will have the opportunity to take part in the significant growth of their organizational structures.One of the available roles is Service Delivery Specialist with French. Responsibilities:Coordinating private capital services covering fund position-keeping, record-keeping, and accounting activities to ensure deadlines are met. Reviewing existing processes and controls within the department to identify inefficiencies, implement process improvements, and propose system enhancements. Acting as a key point of contact for clients in case of operational incidents, including investigation, post-mortem analysis, and timely reporting to implement preventative measures and mitigate client impact. Escalating client complaints and operational issues to relevant teams in accordance with global guidelines to ensure timely response and resolution.
