Senior Workplace Systems Engineer (work in Gdansk)

We look for a technology specialist to join our engineering section (level 3) in Global Digital Workplace Services Team. The person at this position will lead and execute major changes for our Collaboration and Productivity solutions primarily build on Microsoft 365 service, such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, governance of Power Platform solutions and Active Directory/Entra ID. Additionally administer Copilot Studio or Copilot M365.WHAT YOU WILL DO:Designing, implementing and optimizing our Microsoft 365 components: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Power Platform, Identity, IT Agent based on Copilot StudioWhenever required work with other Digital Workplace services/products like Logitech Meeting Rooms, Barco, Manage Engine Service Desk Plus (as administrator), PatchMyPC etc.Act as support for Azure VDI and Intune configurationAccountability of security posture of above listed components and other that are part of team responsibilityDeliver Standard Operating Procedures and contribute to building knowledge baseFollowing IT Service Management principlesParticipate in rotational team on-callWHAT DO YOU NEED:At least four years of deep dive experience working with cloud management tools like Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and TeamsVery good understanding of Active Directory and Entra IDMS Graph hands on experienceAutomate Service Desk work in the area of Collaboration & Productivity, maximizing team productivityAccuracy and attention to detail, with good prioritizing skillsAbility to work unsupervised using own initiativeExcellent communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach, languages:WE OFFER:Competitive base salaryEmployment contractHybrid work (3 days from the office in Gdansk and 2 days from home per week)Multicafeteria platform (sport card etc.)Private medical care for you and your familyHoliday fundingOnline training platform (Pluralsight, Udemy and Cursera)Referral Bonus Policy
