We’re looking for an ambitious Senior UX Expert who excels at crafting user-centered, visually engaging, and data-intensive applications. You will take ownership of the product’s UX/UI, designing interfaces where clarity, speed, and cognitive load management are paramount. You’ll work closely with military-domain experts and cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive experiences for high-stakes environments.Key Responsibilities:End-to-End Design: Lead the UX process from deep user research and requirement gathering to high-fidelity prototyping and final delivery.Complex Data Visualization: Translate massive streams of real-time battlefield data into intuitive dashboards and geographic information systems (GIS).Workflows & Architecture: Design information architecture and user workflows that prioritize critical alerts and minimize response time.Design System Ownership: Build and evolve a robust design system in Figma, ensuring consistency and accessibility across all modules.Product Synergy: Collaborate with PO and BA to refine user stories into intuitive interfaces, ensuring every pixel aligns with business goals and meets the highest standards of frontend performance.User Engagement: Conduct workshops and interviews with domain experts to translate complex military needs into actionable insights.Required Skills & Experience:Experience: Minimum 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, ideally in mission-critical or high-complexity fields.Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing the design process for data-intensive applications, dashboards, or complex enterprise software.Tools: Expert-level proficiency in Figma and experience managing complex design systems.Data-Driven Mindset: Proven ability to simplify complex information and a deep understanding of data visualization best practices.Communication: Excellent English (verbal and written) and the ability to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:Military/Defense Interest: Prior experience with GIS, defense systems, or aviation interfaces is a huge plus.User Research: Strong skills in usability testing and cognitive task analysis.Leadership: Ability to mentor team members and lead design strategy within the product team.Location: Readiness to join the team in our Gliwice office for periodic face-to-face collaboration.What We Offer:Direct Impact: The opportunity to shape the UX/UI of a state-of-the-art AI product for high-stakes applications.High-Growth Environment: A fast-paced startup culture where your ideas directly influence the product roadmap.Supportive Culture: A collaborative team that values technical excellence and creative problem-solving.Flexibility: Remote/hybrid work options centered around our superb office in Gliwice.
