Senior UX Designer – Internal Digital Tools & Cybersecurity

Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interaction concepts using Figma and FigJam.
Translate business requirements into scalable and user-friendly interfaces.
Lead UX workshops with stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
Develop user flows, personas, customer journey maps, and information architecture.
Work closely with developers to clarify UI/UX details and support development cycles.
Analyze processes, conduct research, and synthesize insights to inform design decisions.
Identify gaps within existing design systems and propose enhancements to ensure consistency and quality.
Drive larger thematic areas within the product with a structured, independent approach.

At least 7 years of experience as a UX Designer, preferably in complex internal tools or enterprise environments.
Proven ability to lead end-to-end UX projects in international, cross-functional teams.
Deep expertise in Figma and FigJam, with experience creating user flows, journey maps, and design systems.
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate UX decisions clearly.
Solid understanding of business processes and how to translate them into user-centered designs.
Experience collaborating directly with developers to ensure seamless implementation.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
