Senior Test Specialist (m/f/n)

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Test Specialist (m/f/n) to support our client, one of the UE organization, in advancing large‑scale digital transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly technical QA professional who thrives in complex environments, takes full ownership of end‑to‑end quality, and ensures reliability across modern, cloud‑native and AI-driven systems.You will be responsible for building automated test suites, validating REST/gRPC services, testing AI/LLM pipelines, and ensuring observability‑driven quality across distributed architectures.Requirements:Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in software testing with strong expertise in Python-based backend systems.EU citizenship is mandatory.Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in another European language is a plus.Technical Skills:Advanced Python testing expertise (asyncio, fixtures, parametrization)Solid experience with FastAPI or equivalent backend frameworksStrong proficiency with pytest and PlaywrightExperience with REST and gRPC API test automationSolid understanding of CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized deploymentsAbility to design realistic, production-like test environmentsOpenTelemetry experience (traces, metrics, logs)Familiarity with Jaeger, Grafana, or similar stacksOwnership mentality from API entry point to AI pipeline outputAbility to identify flaky tests and eliminate root causesStrong analytical and debugging skillsWhat We Offer:B2B contract signed directly with the client.Remote work setup with one visit per month to the Luxembourg office (2–3 days).Rate: 500-520 EUR/day.Full-time engagement.The opportunity to work on complex and challenging projects
