Senior Test Automation Engineer – SDET IV (f/m/x)

Lead architecture and design reviews, ensuring testability, observability, and reliability of distributed microservices and event-driven systems
Design, develop, and evolve scalable, self-healing automation frameworks supporting CI/CD and high‑concurrency workflows
Own and optimize the quality infrastructure, including automated test creation, execution, monitoring, and global trend analysis
Drive shift‑left practices, reliability engineering, and proactive testing approaches such as chaos principles and performance validation
Collaborate within Agile teams to define test strategies, release readiness criteria, quality KPIs, and maintain high-quality technical documentation

At least 5 years of experience in test automation, SDET, or similar engineering roles
Strong expertise in building automation frameworks for distributed systems (Python, Java or Go) and working with CI/CD pipelines
Hands-on experience with cloud and container technologies (AWS or GCP, Kubernetes, Docker)
Solid understanding of microservices, infrastructure‑as‑code, and observability concepts; ability to analyze root causes of failures
English proficiency at B2/C1 level
Residing in Poland required
