Senior Tax Manager (new SSC)

Multi-Lingual to cover local and UK/US communications, Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels., The ability to manage priorities and meet internal and external deadlines., Proven track record in delivering business and financial benefits through effective tax management., Excellent team player with strong collaborative skills, working effectively within a team and with external parties on dynamic projects. and be able to respond to changes quickly and effectively., Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax concepts., Experience working on internal and external restructurings / M&A transactions.., Ability to identify business requirements that may have tax impact, communicate and collaborate with other team members., Strong understanding of tax concepts internationally., Experience of considering new legislation, carrying out impact assessments and implementing required solutions, or updates to processes and process maps., Accounting and Tax qualifications from a recognised International Institute, International tax experience in industry and/or in a public accounting firm, Experience and knowledge of tax reporting (essential) within the framework of Local and U.S. GAAP, Experience in OneSource Tax provision is preferred (not essential)
