working closely with product owners and business analysts to understand functional requirements and translating them into technical design and implementation
providing technical leadership on development projects
developing and maintaining features in the context of a project or run activities
analysing and improving existing technical implementations
defining and promoting development principles and processes
ensuring robust, performant and scalable solution designs
assisting application developers at all levels with the interpretation of requirements and creation of solution designs
participating in all levels of testing from unit testing through performance testing
creating an appropriate level of documentation required for maintenance and support

fluent English
bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
proven experience as a Software Engineer with expertise in the software development lifecycle
4 yrs.+ hands-on experience with One Identity Manager, SailPoint knowledge is a plus
knowledge of IAM (Identity and Access Management) and related technologies
understanding of complex technical infrastructures and cloud environments
experience with system automation and Agile development methodology
proactive, can-do mentality
