Senior Software Engineer — Communicate team

We're recruiting on behalf of a US-based SaaS company that is the category leader in enterprise compensation management. Their platform is used by some of the world's most recognisable tech companies to benchmark, plan, and communicate pay. Over $190B in total compensation is managed through their workflows. They've raised $160M from top-tier investors and are now building out their Kraków engineering hub.

You'd be joining as a founding engineer in Kraków — shaping not just what gets built, but how the team operates. The Communicate team works on high-visibility, product-facing features (Total Rewards statements, Visual Offer Letters, team compensation views) that directly affect how millions of people understand their compensation. The work has real stakes.
