Senior Software Engineer (C++)

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:Senior Software Engineer (C++)Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain advanced features using modern C++, with a strong focus on performance, multithreading, and memory managementDevelop software in a Linux-based environment (user-level) and ensure compatibility and stability of solutionsCollaborate closely with team members, actively participating in technical discussions and supporting delivery across multiple contributorsTake ownership of well-defined technical tasks and drive them to completion with a high level of qualityContribute to product development by maintaining a solid understanding of product-level requirements and technical contextLearn and adopt new technologies as needed, including working beyond the core tech stack (e.g. Python, AWS, Go)Work independently with limited supervision while aligning work with broader team objectives and delivery goals Requirements:6+ years of hands-on experience in C++ development (modern C++ preferred) with a solid understanding of multithreading, memory management, and performance optimizationStrong experience contributing to complex features with a good product-level understanding and exposure to diverse technologiesProven ability to collaborate effectively within a team, actively participating in technical discussions and supporting delivery across multiple contributorsStrong understanding of Linux-based systems and experience developing in a Linux environment (user level)Demonstrated ability to take ownership of well-defined technical tasks and drive them to completion with high qualityStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and contribute confidently in professional discussionsProven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, taking on tasks with a proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to expand beyond the core tech stack, including Python, AWS and GoHighly self-managed and independent, capable of delivering results with limited supervision while aligning with broader team goalsBachelor's degree in Science/Technology/Engineering or a related fieldNice to have:Experience with Go and/or Python programming languagesExperience with cloud-native development and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)Experience in enterprise-scale application development in cloud or SaaS environments (AWS serverless architecture is a definite advantage)Experience in building fullstack applications, including REST API-based backend systems and modern frontend interfacesFamiliarity with networking protocols, security principles, and database systemsExperience with modern CI/CD pipelines, such as GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, and Ansible Offer:Private medical careCo-financing for the sports cardTraining & learning opportunitiesConstant support of dedicated consultantEmployee referral program
