We work with clients all over the world.For the project that we are working on with our Partner, we are looking for Senior Software Engineer.Your duties will include: You will work on real, impactful robotics challenges Designing modular and scalable control systems for robots working across multiple customer use cases Using data to create heuristics that help robots handle different types of items Developing anomaly detection logic to identify incorrect picks or object disassembly events Working on smart placement algorithms — think real‑world Tetris with physical objects Building interfaces and APIs that integrate robots with warehouse management systems You’ll test your work not only in simulations — but on real robots  Requirements that must be met: 5+ years of experience in software development Proven technical leadership and ownership capability Strong problem‑solving skills and proficiency in at least one modern programming language (we use Python) Experience designing complex, multi‑layered systems Excellent communication skills in English and Polish What we offer: We are open and honest and we solve problems instead of generating them.
