We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join a project within a complex, multi‑team environment. You will support the transition of responsibilities from the currently assigned technical resource and take ownership of key HRSD development streams. The role focuses on feature development, backlog maintenance, and enhancing employee‑facing HR journeys.Your tasksDeliver development activities within the ServiceNow HRSD moduleMaintain and refine the development backlogAnalyse the impact of new features and system changesDevelop and enhance employee journeys and user-facing HR workflowsImprove and extend Employee Portal functionalitiesCollaborate closely with multiple development teams in a complex environmentRequirementsAt least 5 years of experience as a Senior ServiceNow DeveloperServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Human Resources (CIS‑HR) certificationStrong hands‑on knowledge of ServiceNow HRSDAbility to work in a multi-team enterprise environmentExperience with analysing system dependencies and impactsProficiency in troubleshooting and implementing ServiceNow features.Fluency in EnglishResiding in Poland required
