About the project

Your responsibilities

• Designing and developing solutions within the ServiceNow platform
• Implementing features based on architectural designs and technical guidelines
• Building custom functionalities and platform components from scratch
• Developing client-side and server-side logic using JavaScript
• Configuring and extending ServiceNow Discovery, including setup and optimization
• Developing and maintaining CMDB structures, classes, and relationships
• Applying CSDM principles to ensure consistent service data modeling
• Creating and modifying business rules, workflows, and scripts
• Collaborating closely with architects and technical stakeholders

Our requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development
• Demonstrating strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
• Practical experience with ServiceNow Discovery
• Solid understanding of CMDB concepts, data models, and relationships
• Being familiar with CSDM and its application within ServiceNow
• Experience implementing solutions based on architectural designs
• Ability to develop solutions and features from scratch
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills in a collaborative environment
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required

• Experience with ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, or HR/CSM modules
