We have been operating in the market for nearly 30 years and have successfully delivered numerous projects during that time.For our client, we are currently looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer.What we offer:Work location: 100% remote workRate: up to 125 PLN/hour net + VAT (B2B)Benefits: access to a sports card and the possibility of using private healthcareStart date: immediate start availableSkills:Strong hands-on experience across CMDB, HAM Pro, SAM Pro, Discovery, and Agent Client Collector• Strong proficiency in JavaScript• Experience creating and maintaining Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and GlideRecord queries.• Ability to build workflows and automation using Flow Designer, Scripted REST APIs, and IntegrationHub.• Skilled in debugging, optimising scripts, and following ServiceNow best practices.• 8 years + hands on experienceSupporting with remediation work for HAM, SAM, CMDB, Discovery, and ACC, they are implemented, but we have a list of issues to work through.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and enhance the ServiceNow platform across CMDB, HAM Pro, SAM Pro, Discovery, and Agent Client Collector (ACC)Analyze and remediate issues within existing implementations (remediation backlog)Develop and maintain custom solutions using JavaScript (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts)Design and implement workflows and automation using Flow Designer and IntegrationHubBuild and manage integrations with external systems using Scripted REST APIsOptimize system performance, including efficient use of GlideRecord queriesTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the platformEnsure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and platform governanceSupport data quality and integrity within CMDB and Discovery processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT Asset Management processes (HAM/SAM)Document technical solutions, configurations, and changes
