Tasks

• Develop and own the long-term SEO roadmap aligned with business and growth objectives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with development and product teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded across all initiatives
• Identify automation and process improvements to scale SEO efforts efficiently
• Lead and drive continuous improvements across both on-page and off-page SEO
• Perform advanced keyword research and content gap analysis to shape and execute a high-impact SEO strategy
• Own technical SEO, including site audits, crawlability and indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and related optimizations
• Create and maintain meaningful performancereports for top level management
• Conduct in-depth SEO data analysis using GA4 and Google Search Console to drive data-informed decisions

Your profile

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4
• Work confidently with HTML and CSS to support SEO implementations
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency with Ahrefs (or similar tools)
• Proficiency in Screaming Frog for technical audits, crawling, and site diagnostics
• Advanced experience managing and optimizing websites using WordPress or other CMS platforms
• Strong technical SEO knowledge, including crawlability, indexation, and Core Web Vitals
• At least 4 years of experience in SEO and online marketing
• Working proficiency in English

Optional Requirements:

• Experience with Google Tag Manager implementation and maintenance
• Ability to design and maintain AI-driven SEO automations, to support scalable optimization strategies.
• Familiarity with Python and SQL for SEO analysis
