Senior Scrum Master / Agile Coach

have 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, including at least 1 year in a SAFe environment;, have solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and SAFe principles;, have strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills;, can manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in cross-functional environments;, have experience working with test frameworks or test automation;, are fluent in English, both spoken and written., have experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, PowerBI or similar tools;, are familiar with Lean principles and continuous delivery pipelines;, have experience in Bluetooth, wireless communication, smartphone ecosystems, hearing instruments, or embedded devices;, hold a degree in computer science or a related field.
