Senior Scientist in Medicinal Chemistry

PhD in Medicinal Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline., Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in medicinal chemistry, preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry., Proven experience in small-molecule drug discovery, including hit-to-lead and lead optimization., Strong expertise in SAR analysis, rational compound design, and medicinal chemistry optimization., Good understanding of drug-like properties, ADME/PK principles, and their application in compound design., Demonstrated scientific and project leadership in multidisciplinary drug discovery teams., Strong background in synthetic organic chemistry, including route design and feasibility assessment., Experience working in multidisciplinary discovery teams, including collaboration with external CROs., Ability to independently review and apply scientific literature and patent information to support project decisions., Good command of English (spoken and written)., Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
