Senior SAP Solution Manager

Content-related proposal preparation for national and international tenders in the role of the responsible SAP lead for an overall solution
Managing functional and technical SAP architects and experts in the preparation of offers, presentations and workshops
Taking responsibility for the solution in accordance with the customer's requirements and own innovative roadmap design scenarios:
Development of the proposal strategy ("win strategy", together with colleagues from SAP Practice, Account and Sales)
Translation of the offer strategy into a high-level solution design ("solution big picture")
Orchestrating the different solution components into a consistent solution description and implementation approach
Management of SAP architects in bid projects
Development of a suitable project plan for the customer, oriented towards SAP Activate
Coordination of the bid calculation, development and/or validation of the cost estimate
Conducting presentations and workshops
Interdisciplinary collaboration with colleagues and partners from other units (e.g. SAP Cloud/Hosting, non-SAP development and integration, enterprise architecture, application management and operations, etc.)

Experienced in presenting proposals at decision maker level on the customer side
Fluency in written and spoken English and German
Experienced in international and/or distributed project work (e.g. experience in working with delivery units nearshore and offshore)
Strong communication and collaboration skills with key roles in the proposal team and internal and external stakeholders, e.g. customers and partnersBasic SAP pre-sales and bid management knowledge
Extensive knowledge of the current SAP portfolio, S/4HANA implementation and rollout methodology (e.g. SAP Activate), conversions, migrations and other SAP IT trends (e.g. cloudification)
Strong entrepreneurial thinking, analytical skills, organizational skills and quality orientation, motivation and enthusiasm
Degree in business administration, engineering, business informatics or computer science or equivalent qualification
Several years of experience (min. 8 years) and proven success with customers in SAP pre-sales and preferably project business, e.g. in the role of SAP Senior Consultant, SAP Project
