Senior SAP Security & Architecture Consultant

On behalf of a client, we are seeking a Senior SAP Security & Architecture Consultant to support an ERP team and take ownership of security architecture and compliance activities.This role combines strategic security architecture responsibilities with a front-facing advisory function, ensuring that SAP platforms and digital initiatives are implemented in a secure and scalable way.Main responsibilitiesDefine, develop and implement minimum security requirements for infrastructure, platforms and applications based on risk profiles.Design scalable security architectures supporting business growth and digital initiatives.Perform security assessments and provide recommendations for secure adoption of technologies and services.Define security requirements towards vendors when procuring software and services and evaluate proposed solutions.Ensure compliance with security policies, standards and regulatory requirements.Act as a security advisor to the ERP team, supporting secure implementation of new technologies across global operations.Contribute to the security assessment of an SAP RISE setup as part of an S/4HANA transformation programme.Key requirementsExtensive experience designing and implementing enterprise security architectures.Strong understanding of SAP and ERP environments, including supporting ERP teams from a security perspective. Experience with SAP RISE is considered an advantage.Experience with risk assessments, compliance, and vendor security evaluations.Solid understanding of IT security across infrastructure, applications and cloud platforms.Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST or ISO.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.A structured and self-driven consultant mindset.Relevant certifications such as CISSP or similar are preferred.Other detailsStart: April 2026Duration: 6 monthsLocation: Copenhagen area, Denmark (hybrid – onsite presence required)
