Senior SAP Project Manager

Our Client is an international technology organization delivering advanced IT solutions for highly regulated industries, operating globally and running large-scale, complex projects.The project focuses on migrating SAP environments to SAP S/4HANA using a Brownfield approach, with multiple global roll-outs planned in the coming years. We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Project Manager who will lead a key migration project from the early requirements phase through go-live and further stages of the program.WORK MODE: 100% remoteAVAILABILITY: up to 1 month notice periodWHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?Managing all aspects of the SAP ECC → SAP S/4HANA (cloud) migration project, including planning, scheduling, scope, budget, quality, and risk.Coordinating project teams (10–20 people) and collaborating in a global, matrix-driven environment.Communicating with business and technical stakeholders, providing clear status updates, reports, and key insights.Managing project artifacts such as reports, dashboards, process documentation, and leadership materials, ensuring proper version control.Identifying risks, process gaps, and potential issues, and proactively proposing effective solutions.Supporting the program with a proactive mindset—anticipating needs, initiating actions, and engaging stakeholders without waiting for escalation.WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?10–15 years of experience managing complex IT projects or programs, including SAP initiatives.Hands-on experience with SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migrations (mandatory).Strong knowledge of FI/CO and SD modules.Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum methodologies.Fluent English (daily work in an international environment).Excellent communication, leadership, decision-making, and budget management skills.WHY IS IT WORTH IT?A key role in a global SAP S/4HANA program planned for 5–10 years (go-live in 2027 followed by further roll-outs).100% remote work with real influence on program shape and decision-making.Collaboration with international teams and direct reporting to the Head of PMO (USA).Long-term project stability, strong growth opportunities, and a truly partnership-based work culture.Thank you for all the applications!
