Senior SAP Logistics Consultant for Support

For our support team in Wrocław we are looking for Senior SAP Support Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert support and troubleshooting assistance for SAP applications within our customers organization. We are looking for senior with deep understanding of SAP Logistics modules, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication with key-users and other stakeholders of our international customers.Responsibilities and tasks2nd and 3rd level support for SAP users in various countries (Ticket based)Analyzing and resolving incidents across multiple SAP modules and integrated non-SAP systemsDetailed problem analysis (debugging, customization) to develop solution proposalsImplementation of small projects and change requests in response to specific customer needsData and system administrationMaintaining the customer relationship for support topicsRegular data analysis and reporting on ticketsFostering the growth of juniors in the teamOur offerWork in an international environmentDevelopment opportunities - you will work with industry experts from proaxia and SAP teamKnowledge transfer by associates with many years of experience in SAP8-hour working time model from 7:00 to 18:00 Mon-FriHybrid workplace (Wrocław)Life insurance and private medical careAccess to the MyBenefit cafeteria platformSupportive team that focuses on sharing knowledge & solving issues together.
