Senior SAP Engineer (.NET)

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior SAP Engineer (.NET) for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Europe. Our client is a leading global provider that gathers information and reports to enhance the environmental and social impacts on the business.We are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our team as we accelerate the development of our next‑generation enterprise-grade solution certified for SAP S/4HANA.Note: Overlap till 19-20:00 CET is requiredRequirements7+ years of professional software development using modern technologies, frameworks, and tools.University degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.Solid experience with SAP development, including ABAP, SAPGUI, Fiori, Transports and BC Sets.Experience with the SAP EH&S module, including WWI and Property Tree.Experience with complex XML data mapping and transformations workflow.Experience with Windows service and desktop application development in .NET (C#, WPF)Proficiency in database programming (.NET LINQ, SQL).Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for project tracking and pipelines, including PowerShell scripting for automation and tooling.Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.Proficiency in English.ResponsibilitiesContribute as part of an agile team to our existing solution, driving maintenance, continuous improvements, automation, regulatory updates, and complex mapping work, while progressively taking on new development responsibilities within our next‑generation solution.Write and maintain comprehensive unit test and integration tests.Collaborate closely with QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.Collaborate with technical writers to ensure product changes, regulatory updates, and new features are accurately documented.Collaborate with product owners and domain expert to understand business requirements for user story creation and refinement.Provide input for project estimation, planning, scheduling, and reporting of development progress.Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing best practices and promoting continuous learning.Continuously expand knowledge in relevant technical stacks and business domains.We offerUS and EU projects based on advanced technologies.Competitive compensation based on skills and experience.Regular performance appraisals to support your growth.Flexibility in workspace, either remote or our welcoming office.Bonuses for article writing, public talks, and other activities.Generous time off, including vacation, national holidays, sick leaves, and family days.Personalized learning programs tailored to your interests and skill development.Free tech webinars and meetups organized by Svitla.Regular corporate online activities.Awesome team and a friendly, supportive community!
