Senior SAP Consultant (Managing)

Manage and support the development and enhancement of SAP modules for international clients.
Participate in requirements analysis, system configuration, and testing in alignment with client needs and project guidelines.
Develop concepts for new SAP solutions and implement agreed enhancements.
Collaborate with development teams to design, test, and deliver significant new functionalities and improvements.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on SAP best practices and roadmap planning.
Identify opportunities to optimize existing solutions, drive continuous improvement, and support innovation initiatives.

Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP functional consulting, covering both implementation and support.
Strong expertise in configuring SAP modules and end‑to‑end business processes.
Proven track record in leading teams and managing project delivery, ensuring objectives and timelines are consistently met.
Strong leadership abilities with experience guiding cross‑functional teams and mentoring junior consultants.
Experience in business process analysis, optimization, and project management
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
Fluent English is required; proficiency in German is considered a strong asset.
