minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FICO, including hands‑on work in both implementation and support across FI and CO., deep knowledge of SAP Finance & Controlling processes and advanced configuration expertise., solid experience in business process analysis, optimization, and project coordination or management., team‑oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively in international environments., familiarity with ABAP (a strong advantage)., very good command of English or German (knowledge of both languages is considered a great advantage).
