Senior Salesforce Developer

Hybrid work model: 1-2 days per week from Wrocław's officeB2B: 190-220 zł/h netto + VATResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and enhance scalable solutions on Experience Cloud (Aura and LWR) with a strong focus on modern, user-centric front-end experiences.Build and maintain high-quality components using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Salesforce APIs, ensuring clean architecture and performance.Assess business requirements and determine the right balance between declarative tools (e.g., Flow Builder) and programmatic development.Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product owners, architects, and developers across multiple product teams to deliver impactful solutions.Take ownership of initiatives end-to-end in a small, agile team environment, driving technical decisions and continuous improvement.Contribute to integrations and Salesforce B2B Commerce enhancements where relevant.Actively participate in Agile ways of working, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint ceremonies.Requirements:Hand on experience working with Experience Cloud (Aura and LWR)Strong understanding of modern front-end developmentExperience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce APIs and integrationKnowledge of Salesforce declarative tools such as Flow Builder, and an ability to assess when to use declarative versus programmatic approaches.Experience working in Agile environments, or an openness to learning Agile ways of working, including using User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.Excellent collaboration skills: you thrive in a team environment and are motivated by ambitious goals.Experience in Salesforce B2B commerce.Relevant certifications (PD1, PD2 JavaScript) are a plusWhat we offer:Hybrid work modelMultisport cardPrivate healthcareLife insurancePowerYou – e-learning platform
