Are you a strategic sales manager ready to drive revenue across a dynamic cluster of premium hotels? Join our Hilton Vienna Cluster – comprising 1,285 rooms and over 5,300 sqm of event space – as our next (Senior) Sales Manager Americas (m/f/d), and take charge of an exciting portfolio that blends modern elegance, historic charm, and riverfront sophistication.

Ihre Aufgaben

As Senior Sales Manager US & Canada (m/f/d) based in Vienna you are responsible for the development and new acquisition of customers, support of your team and you would take over the following tasks for our Cluster Hilton Hotels Austria:

·       Contribute to the optimal economic success of the hotels short term & long term

·       New customer acquisition of the assigned customer portfolio in all "Sales Managed" segments 

·       Management of the assigned customer portfolio

·       International travel to USA and Canada

·       Independent organization of sales trips

·       Trade fairs & industry events attendance

·       Constant observation of the market and the competition

·       Co-responsibility of all promotional activities for the assigned area

·       Build strong internal business relationships with Hilton Worldwide Sales.

Ihr Profil

What You Bring

Must-Haves:

• Proven experience in a Commercial or Sales Leadership role within hospitality
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Comfortable with public speaking and engaging senior-level stakeholders
• Fluent in English, with willingness to travel

Nice-to-Haves:

• Knowledge of the Austrian and German-speaking markets
• Experience in multi-property or cluster hotel environments
• Familiarity with hotel sales tools (e.g., Opera, Delphi, Salesforce)
• Fluency in German is a strong advantage
• Existing right to work in Austria (e.g., Red-White-Red Card Plus)
• Current Hilton team member

Required Background

• Completed A-Levels and diploma in Tourism Studies (or equivalent)
• At least 2 years of experience in a Senior Commercial/Sales role
