Senior Risk Partner (f/m)

A minimum of 3 years of experience in non-financial risk management, compliance, or related fields, preferably within financial institutions or consultancy, and be able to work independently as well as in cross-border teams., Understanding of the business operating and service model, customers, products, services, and processes of Personal Customers, Large Corporates & Institutions, and/or Business Customers is an advantage, especially Channels & workflow including processes., Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving, with high attention to detail and a curious mindset., Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at various levels., Fluency in English., Ability to thrive in a changing environment and embrace opportunities brought by change or digital evolution (e.g., GenAI)., An open and inclusive mindset to collaborate effectively with colleagues across the Nordic countries, Poland, Lithuania, and India.
