Senior Refinery Production Optimisation Specialist

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a relevant advanced degree is preferred;, Minimum 1 year of professional experience in oil and refinery industries;, Theoretical familiarity with refinery plant configuration, Experience in refinery optimizations with using Aspen PIMS or other software must have;, Fluent English, Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills with strong drive for results;, Advanced knowledge of MS Excel;, Knowledge of additional data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI) will be an asset;, Effectiveness in identifying, diagnosing and solving process issues;, Teamwork skills, Quality and results oriented;, Open for new challenges and business environment dynamics with changing priorities;, Qualities that we value are orientation for teamwork, flexibility, focus on quality, motivation to take on new challenges.
