This role focuses on technical quality, architecture, and long‑term maintainability of the product.While we would ideally like to work with someone full‑time and long‑term, we are starting with a 3‑month contract due to the current stage of the project. Our intention is to extend the collaboration if the product and business direction continue as planned.About the companyHeyDrop is a fast-growing networking platform with 250,000+ registered users worldwide. We’re a small, focused product team that values clear ownership, direct communication, and shipping real things to real users.What you will doYou will build and maintain a production React Native application, making architectural decisions and owning mobile‑specific challenges end to end. You will work closely with the founding team on both product and technical decisions, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility.Mobile development is the main focus of this role, with opportunities to contribute to our web applications when needed.Mobile requirements (primary focus)Strong production experience with React NativeExcellent TypeScript skillsHands-on experience with GraphQL, ideally using Apollo ClientPractical experience with Redux in real-world applicationsExperience working with UI and design system librariesSolid understanding of mobile performance and debuggingExperience with native mobile features, including:Native modules and bridges (iOS & Android)WidgetsiOS-specific features such as Live ActivitiesWeb experience (strong plus)We value candidates who are also comfortable with:React.js / Next.jsTypeScript on the webGraphQL with Apollo ClientMaterial UI (MUI) or similar component librariesThis is a hybrid frontend role, with mobile as the clear priority.What we offer3-month B2B contract with a strong possibility of extension170 PLN/h net with about 465 hours total over 3 monthsReal ownership of a production mobile application with global scaleDirect collaboration with the founding teamOpportunity to grow into a Lead Mobile Engineer roleSmall team, fast decisions, minimal process
