You will take full ownership of applications throughout their lifecycle, from design through to operation.ResponsibilitiesDesign, execute, and optimize automated tests across the entire testing pyramid (functional, integration, contract, performance, and load testing)Integrate automated testing into CI/CD processAdvocate for high-quality feature specifications in collaboration with Product OwnersAct as the sole QA Engineer in the team: design meaningful test cases and implement automation for different types of testingDemonstrate a quality-first mindset, ensuring the tests are reliable, reusable, and represent a strong understanding of the product flow and quality assurance principlesAssists with the development of test strategies, creation of appropriate test harnesses and implementation of ongoing metricsQualifications5+ years of experience in testing and good understanding of its conceptsExperience in JavaScript/Typescript automationHands-on experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) and related integrationsExperience with API testing (Rest API)Experience with Playwright (Test Runner, API Testing, Request Interception, PageObject pattern)Practical experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWSProficiency in end-to-end application testingFamiliarity with GitLab CI and related automation toolsUpper-intermediate level of spoken and written EnglishMore about PwrteamsPwrteams is a pioneering force in connecting individuals across tech projects, harnessing their combined strengths to drive innovation.
