We work with clients all over the world.For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Senior Python DeveloperYour duties will include:Developing software for real robots solving real operational problemsDesigning scalable, maintainable software architectures used in robotic systemsCreating advanced algorithms and logic that allow robots to handle diverse objects and operational scenariosDeveloping data-driven heuristics used in robotic decision-makingWorking on optimization and placement algorithms used in physical environmentsDesigning and developing APIs and interfaces integrating robotic systems with warehouse management and enterprise platformsTesting and validating solutions both in simulation and directly on physical robotic platformsCollaborating with engineering teams to improve system performance, reliability, and scalabilityRequirements that must be met:Minimum 7 - 8 years of professional experience in Python developmentExcellent knowledge of PythonStrong algorithmic thinking and advanced problem-solving skillsExperience designing complex and scalable software systemsAbility to write clean, maintainable and well-structured codeVery good English and Polish Nice to have:Background in robotics, automation, or AI-driven systemsExperience designing optimization algorithms or decision-making systemsExperience working with data processing, heuristics, or intelligent systemsExperience integrating systems using APIs or distributed architecturesStrong sense of ownership and ability to work independentlyWhat we offer:We are open and honest and we solve problems instead of generating them.Maybe it’s obvious, but we really respect our employees and associates.
