University degree,, Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English (mandatory),, 2-4 years of experience within PMO or 1-3 year of experience in Project Management and project management knowledge, especially related to planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, preferably covered by experience,, Advanced communication skills meaning ability to communicate with different stakeholders, communicating clearly and in structured way (to the point) and ability to explain business complexity or challenge status quo and propose new solutions,, Readiness to take decisions based on business understanding,, Skills needed to provide constructive feedback to peers, team members and to broader stakeholders,, Demonstrate knowledge of new technologies and AI based tools in your day to day work (e.g. task automation, information analysis, content creation),, Good knowledge of MS Office in particular MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint and/or G Suite applications., Project Management and/or another related certificate/s,, Experience in using PM tools (e.g. Jira, monday),, Conflict solving skills, ability to support others' professional development and experience in people and team management.
