Senior Project Manager – Global Markets

Lead the research and implementation phases of strategic projects, ensuring clear framing and governance.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, manage dependencies, and address unplanned events effectively.
Collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.
Take ownership of specific actions and analyses related to project delivery.
Coordinate staffing and resource allocation with line managers and governance bodies.
Conduct project retrospectives to gather insights and optimize future project execution.

Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Project Manager in capital markets or related fields.
In-depth knowledge of Front Office to Finance processing chains and global capital markets products.
Proven experience managing international, complex projects within global financial institutions.
Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with C-level executives.
Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting abilities.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English.
